Data Minimization Principles

- Profile preferences and voluntary bio descriptions.
We never sell data: PositiveSinglesHub has never sold, rented, or monetized member data to advertisers, data brokers, pharmaceutical entities, or insurance agencies, and will never do so.

Special Category Health & Diagnosis Data
Under GDPR Article 9 and international health privacy jurisprudence, data concerning personal health and sexual status constitutes "Special Category" information requiring extraordinary safeguards.
Any diagnosis information you voluntarily display on your profile (such as HSV-1, HSV-2, HIV, or HPV) is:
- Protected behind authentication walls accessible only to registered, logged-in members.
- Excluded completely from public search results and blocked from external web scrapers.
- Encrypted at rest using AES-256 and in transit via TLS 1.3 cryptographic protocols.

Private Photo Vault & Key Architecture
Recognizing that facial photographs require total discretion, PositiveSinglesHub provides a dual-tiered media architecture:
Public Album: Optional non-identifying lifestyle photos or verified portraits visible to members.
Private Photo Vault: Heavy blur filter applied by default. Only users to whom you share a "Photo Key" can unlock and view them. You can revoke keys at any moment with immediate effect.

Payment & Billing Discretion Protocol
Payment processing is handled via tier-1 PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. PositiveSinglesHub never stores raw credit card numbers or banking account details on our servers.
All transactions appear discreetly on cardholder statements as neutral commercial descriptors such as PS*NETWORK or generic billing entities.

Tracking Refusal & Cookie Discretion
We do not utilize invasive third-party ad retargeting pixels (e.g., Meta Pixel, Google Remarketing, TikTok pixels). You will never browse PositiveSinglesHub and find yourself retargeted with STI or positive dating advertisements across the public web.
We utilize only essential, first-party functional session cookies required to authenticate your login state and remember your quick exit preferences.

- Right to Access & Portability: Download a complete JSON archive of your profile data, messages, and uploaded content.
- Right to Rectification: Update or modify diagnosis, age, and bio preferences at any time.
- Right to Restrict Processing: Pause your account or turn on Incognito Browsing to hide from member discovery.
- Right to Erasure (Shredding): Permanently wipe all data from our active systems.

Permanent Cryptographic Data Shredding
When you delete your account, your profile is not merely "soft-deleted" or archived. We execute a permanent database purge:
Your profile photos, sent and received messages, private key access tokens, email address, and IP history are shredded within 24 hours. Disaster recovery backups cycle out completely within 30 days.

Our Security Operations Team and Privacy Officers are dedicated solely to member confidentiality and regulatory compliance. Members can manage, export, or permanently erase their data at any time directly through their Account Privacy Controls.
